I spent the Lockdown on this book. It became a labour of love.

The more I discovered of the lost and hidden history presented in this book, the more it inspired me. I felt good in writing it up.  I cheered some of the lost heroes and heroines as I wrote. I had deep gratitude for the life of one of them. My hope is that this history will inspire you too. That you will feel as good reading it as I felt writing it. That you will cheer the lost heroes and heroines like I did. And that you will be moved to gratitude as well.

You see, these are not fictional figures in the book. They are real life lost and hidden ones. They deserve cheering. They brought much that has been good into our world. Their legacy is with us to this day.
